3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number (if applicable)

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If you enter an incorrect address:

6. Damaged Items in Transit

We take care to package fragile items like snowglobe blanks, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The item
    • Packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
