Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used glitter products (for hygiene and contamination reasons)
  • UVDTF wraps that have been applied or removed from backing
  • Custom orders
  • Sale/clearance items

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take care in packaging, but if something arrives wrong:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including shipping)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Faulty products
  • Incorrect items sent

6. Important Product Notes

  • Our snowglobe blanks must be handled and sealed correctly - we are not responsible for leaks or damage caused after use
  • Slight variations in glitter colour, size, or mix may occur due to lighting and batch differences
  • UVDTF wraps must be applied carefully - we are not responsible for application errors

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items marked as “sale”, “clearance”, or “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery where applicable.

Items that have been used, opened (including glitter products), or altered (including UVDTF wraps removed from backing) are not eligible for return.
